I specialise in Eldership in Organisations and am the Founder of the Eldership Programme for experienced Leaders and Exec Coaches.Over 25 years I have worked with blue chip companies such as GE Capital, Lloyds bank, Marshalls PLC, Capita, LV Insurance, Covance, the Department of Work and Pensions and many Local Government organisations.But my greatest accomplishment so far has been doing the kind of work that changes mind sets that creates social change.I have helped hundreds of Senior Leaders and Exec Coaches, just like you, to connect to their deeper purpose and talents, so they can walk the path of eldership and make a unique difference in their chosen field.
WHY SHOULD YOU LISTEN TO ME?
Around the year 2000 I had a 'spiritual awakening'. I have always been a deeply intuitive and empathic person, however, during this time a number of close friends and family died within a short space of time, sending my life path in a very different direction. It was as if 'One day my soul opened up'.I suddenly became more consciously aware of my clairsentient and clairvoyant gifts; however, it became a challenge to INTEGRATE these newly found gifts into my work in the Corporate world. So I turned to the perfoming arts field to study 'presence' and to explore creativity (and spirituality) more deeply.This Eldership programme is the culmination of all my personal research and exploration over the past 22 years. It's deeply rooted in my soul's purpose and is my contribution to society and the planet.My purpose is to guide leaders to become Elders and build a bridge between the past and the future generations

THE DETAILED FLOW OF THE ELDERSHIP PROGRAMME
THE PRELIMINARIES: GETTING STARTEDBefore any journey can begin there’s a need to be ready for it. This is the metaphorical ‘base camp’ that takes you through the preliminaries that you’ll need to support you.During this stage you will meet for a 1.5 hour zoom session with Zena to explore where you are and where you’d like to be and develop your own personal route map and practices for achieving your expectations.During this stage you will also work through:
Eldership philosophy
Your eligibility for eldership
Systemic principles
Contracting and committing
A personal one-to-one strategy session
Building the Container for your journey
Creating and developing your own transformational practices that support you on your journey
THE FIRST LEG: WHO ARE YOU? (YOUR AUTHENTIC IDENTITY)An essential element of Eldership is to know at a deep level WHO you really are. In most personal development work there’s a focus on ‘you’ as an individual, which misses incredibly important and knowledge about your foundations. Taking the time to collate this data will help you define and articulate who you (and who you’re not) more clearly and the type of people and relationships that will align to your Eldership vision and values (and those who will not). It also will illuminate the entanglement patterns that are in your system, so you can create stronger boundaries and more agency in your eldership work.During this stage you will:
Research and clarify your ancestral history
Research the place and the time (in history) of your birth
Map out your own story / pattern

THE SECOND LEG: BECOMING VISIBLEOnce you have your authentic identity, you will be more confident in being seen (and heard). It’s going to be important that you become visible so that those who you will provide eldership for, can easily find you. There are many ways you can do this.However, for this particular programme we will be focusing on LinkedIn (although it can be applied to all social media). This isn’t about ‘promoting’ yourself in a narcissistic way. It’s about raising your presence so that people can more easily find you and so you can start to build your own community.During this stage you will:
Create a LinkedIn ‘Creator’ profile that amplifies your eldership
Create your own boundaries for who you connect with
Develop a strategy and rhythm for posting
Develop and publish thought leadership / POV articles / valuable content that’s related to your unique point of view
THE THIRD LEG: SYSTEMIC PRACTICESWithin the role of eldership, there are some key practices and processes that support transformation. There are principles that underpin these practices, which you will have been taught as part of the preliminary stage.The word ‘practice’ is key.What this means is that once you understand the deeper principles, you will need to continuously practice them so they become integrated into you and your presence.The aim is not to formalise these practices, but to make them become part of your presence as an elder. They provide you with access to a powerful multidimensional view, which allows you to access the deeper wisdom of the system.During this stage you will:
Learn how to constellate by creating 3D maps of the deeper relationship dynamics
Practice using your felt sense
Learn the systemic stance and how to use it to uncover the potential that’s hidden in the system
Learn how to build a safe container for holding vulnerability, grief and potential trauma fields
Practice ‘holding space’ for yourself and others
Learn about and practice using systemic language
THE FOURTH LEG: WORKING WITH COMPLEX SYSTEMS (ORGANISATIONS AND TEAMS)Working with complex systems can be tricky. There are so many systems at play, such as personal, family, team, organisational, external stakeholders, wider society etc, which is why it's important to learn how to work with them.Often as an Elder you will be working ‘counter-cultural’, which means that before you step in you need to listen deeply to what the system is needing and seek permission to carry out any intervention.There is so much in these systems that are not visible and lie hidden in the shadows. These hidden patterns, old traumas or unresolved issues are often hidden to those who work in the system too.This stage starts to explore the systems and its past and potential in more depth and will support you in exploring the system and what it calls for to bring it back into harmony.During this stage you will:
Learn about founders and their relevance of their deeper (hidden) story and how that connects to the organisation culture / system and belonging
Learn about the organisation’s / team’s order of guiding principles
Understand the importance of the systemic ownership of teams / organisations
Explore the role of hidden patterns within systems and how they affect the potential
Learn how to do systemic interventions that help resolve complex issues
How to resolve past organisational / team trauma
THE FINAL ASCENT: BECOMING AN ELDERThe purpose of eldership is to:
Become a wise guide for others
Be a visionary that illuminates the emerging future
Be a truth seeker
Bring deep insight that enables transformationThe final ascent explores the use of ritual and ceremony to support the ‘Rites of Passage’ for others. Ceremonies and rituals do currently exist in our (western) culture, however they have lost their sacredness and in doing so they’ve lost their deeper purpose and power.During this programme you will find your own authentic eldership and make the role of the elder your own. Learning about how to facilitate these ‘Rites of Passage’ in your way is the final part of the programme. As is everything in this programme, there must be a commitment to practice.During this final stage you will:
Learn how to create sacred space
Explore the balancing of masculine and feminine energy (yin and yang)
Learn about ritual and how it supports a rite of passage
Be shown how to create a ceremony that unique to you and who you are
THE SEVEN CORE ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAMME:
CORE ELEMENT #1 - GOOGLE DOCS
When you’re accepted on the programme you’ll get an online folder with the documents to get you started.You’ll get clearer about what Eldership is and the elements you will need, to embody ancestral wisdom and transform patterns of behaviour.There’s a sequence to it all and a method to how all this fits beautifully together.CORE ELEMENT #2 - MONDAY INTENTIONS
Every Monday morning you will write down what area you want to explore that week. This helps keep the focus of attention that you want to explore in your Eldership practice.CORE ELEMENT #3 - DAILY JOURNALLING
Journalling is a way to go deeper into your felt sense and explore the hidden patterns in your system. You would do this in the morning ideally, however what's important is that you find some time to write them every day.CORE ELEMENT #4 - OPTIONAL WEEKLY ONE HOUR ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS:
Every Wednesday (at a time that suits you), I will be available for you to share how you’re doing on the programme and to get any questions you may have answered. We may do some coaching too and possibly use the ProReal software to explore more deeply if it's appropriate.The one-to-ones (which are non-mandatory) enable you to stay conscious of what you’re becoming aware of and keep you in contact with the whole process. It also gets you into a Practice, which is essential for this work.CORE ELEMENT #5 - FRIDAY REFLECTIONS
This is an opportunity for you to reflect on the week and explore what's emerged for you. It will take the form of a WhatsApp message and if it's appropriate for me to respond I will.CORE ELEMENT #6 - POP UP WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES
You’ll be invited to attend workshops that are focused on Eldership. These may be recorded (if appropriate) so you can also watch them back. Some of the workshops / events will also include guest speakers. Some will be a facilitated session to show you what a process looks like in practice. In addition there will also be opportunities for you to practice too.CORE ELEMENT #7 - THREE DEEP DIVE SESSIONS (1.5 Hour Zoom Calls or face-to-face)
At the beginning, in the middle and at the end. The first will be an orientation to the whole programme and to create a plan and an individual strategy map just for you. The second will be half way through the programme so we can explore where you are and where to go next. The third call will be at the end as you leave the programme, to tie up any loose ends.

This is the place where you can find out how others are doing on their journey. The boundaries are established so that we create a safe container for our discussions.ADDITIONAL THING #3: ACCESS TO 1:1 COACHING / CONSTELLATION SESSIONS AT A REDUCED RATE ( £150 plus vat per 2 hour session).
If you need some focused one-to-one time beyond the weekly session, I extend a special rate for those currently on the programme. When I’m working with clients I tend to have deep insights outside of the sessions.
